Several factories are involved. Who coordinates the final delivery?
Finished products, boxes and accessories are still separate components. Define the final delivery state, then connect them through shared versions, handover points and a full-set fitting check.

Define whether “complete” means parts received or sets ready to ship
Imagine a gift project in which glasses, boxes, inserts and information cards come from different suppliers. Each completes the file it received, but final assembly reveals a tight insert and a card that prevents the lid from closing. Every component is “finished”, yet the set is not deliverable.
At the start, define the final state: separate components, assembled sets, or goods sorted by store or channel. This decides where trial assembly happens, who supplies samples, who reconciles quantities and where final release takes place.
One contact person is not a coordination system
Someone chasing dates in a group chat does not close gaps in versions and ownership. Assign an owner and a confirmation method for purchase orders, samples and changes, full-set trial assembly, shipment release, transport records and the collection of exception information.
Put the timing, version and trial-assembly work that needs follow-up into one project sheet. Mark the owner, deadline and items awaiting buyer confirmation, so it is clear who to contact next and what the project is waiting for.
Connect dimensions, versions and timing in one handover sheet
The sheet can be short. Its job is to tell each next stage which reference it should use. When a drawing or product dimension changes, affected packaging, insert and assembly parties need the same update. An unconfirmed dimension should not reach the next supplier as an approved condition.
- Fitproduct sample or dimension version used for full-set assembly, and who confirms insert, lid and accessories fit together.
- Combinationcolour, model, accessory and information-card mix per set, plus treatment of spare quantities.
- Dependencieswork that can run in parallel and work that must wait for sample, dimension or artwork approval.
- Releasethe product, packaging, quantity, labels and records required before shipment can be arranged.
Put the final work into the master schedule
The latest supplier completion date is not the project shipping date. After components meet, allow time for receiving checks, full-set assembly, labelling, inspection and repacking. A delay or revision from one party should trigger a review of downstream assembly, transport and target arrival—not merely a new date on one supplier's line.
OKKEY TRADING SDN BHD is a Malaysian sourcing and trading company. Send us the product, packaging and accessory list, current supplier arrangement, final delivery state and target timing. We can define the required scope for matching, sample approval, production follow-up and shipping coordination, then place unresolved items in one project handover sheet.
