Textured Melamine Sashimi Serveware Collection
A coordinated range for sashimi, seafood and restaurant platter presentation. Three distinct profiles give chefs a choice of a deep central serving well, a long open platter or a broad oval bowl with a removable insert.

Material: Food-grade A5 melamine. Heat resistance: Up to 120°C. Finish: Hammered stone-like surface texture.
Shapes and construction
G003 asymmetric bowl: A wide, outward-curving rim with four irregular raised corners surrounds a deep central well. G007-19.7 footed oval platter: A continuous oval rim and shallow serving area sit above short tapered feet. G005 oval bowls: A broad oval body on short feet is paired with a removable flat insert containing three round openings. The insert and bowl separate for access during washing.

Selection and service
