Materials, construction and process options

A-type and B-type body material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE). Narrow and horizontal-rib models: Moulded plastic bodies. B-type closure: Screw cap with a separate inner plug; the upgraded closure system is available for 20–30 L-B models. A-type closure: Screw cap with a separate sealing gasket. Co-extrusion option: Two-layer construction for the specified B-type capacities; the natural-colour inner layer and coloured outer layer are described separately below. Surface: Moulded corner ribs or horizontal ribs, integral handles and recessed label panels.

Structures and configurations

• Type B: HDPE body with vertical corner ribs, shaped base feet and an outer screw cap with inner plug. The range includes standard, economy, liquid-level stripe and two-layer coextruded models. • Type A: 25 L HDPE body with pronounced shoulder reinforcement and moulded base feet; screw cap with a separate sealing gasket. Blue and translucent body options. • Narrow-body: 15 L translucent plastic container with vertical ribs, white screw cap and sealing gasket. • Horizontal-rib: Compact 5 L and 10 L plastic bodies in milky white, translucent and blue. The 10 L model has moulded level graduations.

Type B configuration options • 10 L: Milky white, translucent or blue; a blue liquid-level stripe version is also available. • 15 L-B, 20 L-B standard/economy and 25 L-B economy: Milky white, translucent or blue. • 25 L-B standard: Milky white, translucent, blue or black. The separate two-layer coextruded model is dark blue. • 30 L-B: Translucent or blue. • Liquid-level stripe customization: 20–30 L-B. • Upgraded inner plug and outer cap set: 20–30 L-B. • Two-layer coextrusion: 20–25 L-B, with a natural-colour inner layer of 70% and coloured outer layer of 30%.
