Material and manufacturing

Body material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE). Wide jar cap material: Polypropylene (PP), for the 2 L jar. Manufacturing process: HDPE blow moulding with fluorination treatment. Surface: Smooth moulded walls with defined label panels; the container geometry and closure interface follow the selected model. Closure: Wide screw closure; the tall bottle uses an aluminium-foil liner configuration.

• 1 L bottle: Milky-white tall body, rounded shoulder and broad ribbed screw cap. Aluminium-foil liner configuration. • 2 L jar: Milky-white HDPE body with a PP outer lid, short rounded shoulder, moulded shoulder panel and broad label surface.
