Material and manufacturing

Body material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE). Manufacturing process: HDPE blow moulding with fluorination treatment. Surface: Smooth moulded walls with defined label panels; the container geometry and closure interface follow the selected model. Closure systems: Separate inner plug with outer cap, or a red screw cap with tamper band. The two ranges use their own neck and dimensional specifications. Colour: Milky-white body; closure colour follows the chosen configuration.

• Inner-plug range: Milky-white body with an offset small screw neck, separate inner plug and outer cap. The 10 L model has moulded level graduations. • Red-cap range: Milky-white body with a red ribbed screw cap and tamper band. Opening inside diameter: 32.8 ± 0.5 mm.
